Meet The Team
Sue Deaville - Director
My story started over 10 years ago as a trainee recruitment consultant, I then went onto progress to a senior consultant, I was then given the opportunity to open a new start up branch which I grasped with both hands. Having managed 2 successful branches I decided to take the next step of my journey and along with Sam SaferHandCare was born.
We strive to create a welcoming and friendly environment where everyone is welcome and look to provide the best service possible to all.
Sam Baddeley - Director
I began my road to recruitment as a sales advisor where I naturally progressed from an outbound sale advisor to a field sales executive, due to unforeseen circumstances within my family I changed career and began my journey within the care sector as a support worker. This then lead me into my first recruitment role combining both my sales and care experience together. I then found my calling and established myself which led me to having my first branch manager role. Since then a lot has changed and along with Sue we decided to open our first branch SaferHandCare.
Rebecca – Operations Manager
I had my first taste of recruitment working as a temp during the summer holidays whilst home from University. I began as a receptionist and quickly began resourcing, even filling my first vacancy and loving every second of it. I’ve had a varied career since graduating, including support work, banking and media sales but have always been a recruiter at heart! I’m passionate about providing both clients and candidates with the best level of service and love the opportunities that working in recruitment brings to meet new people, making every day different!
Jo – Recruitment Manager
My role within recruitment started almost 10 years ago after some time spent within sales and business development. I have worked across all sectors establishing myself quickly within the local area and have worked across permanent, temporary and contract roles. Developing into a Senior Consultant role.
My love of people is my motivation whether it be meeting my candidates face to face or spending time on site with clients understanding their business. Both of these practices put together allow for the perfect match!
Recruitment shouldn’t be a task for a business – it should be an opportunity to grow their business with the right people. I am here to work as an extension of your business and do all the hard work for you.
Holly – Senior Consultant
Having worked with both national projects as well as with local companies on their recruitment, I have such a passion for people and their career desires. I think it’s super important to listen and understand everyone’s needs and wants, so it bodes well that I love a chat!
Since graduating, I have worked within admin, compliance and complaints as well as recruitment. But I have certainly found my home. I thrive off busy and with having two children at home, life is certainly that.
Please get in touch if you want to chat about new roles, new employees or even to just plan for a future change. I’m here to help.
Stacey – Recruitment Consultant
When my maternity was coming to an end in 2021, I knew I wanted a new challenge and career. I have over 15 years of sales experience and love talking to people (sometimes a little too much) so recruitment is perfect for me; I get a chance to meet lots of different candidates and find out what really makes them happy and into a role they will love. Similarly getting to know the businesses we work with already and new businesses out there to fully understand everything from the role to the culture of the company. The thrill and buzz when a placement is filled, makes me do a little happy dance every time.
I cannot wait to help more people find the right career for them. If you are looking for something new, get in touch with me today, I would love to hear from you.
Hannah – Resourcer
Having joined Solutions sister company SaferHandCare, in October 2021 I gained a first look into the world of recruiting within the care sector (& the resourcing/admin that goes along side this).
Since graduating from university in 2010 I have gained experience as a Health Care Assistant/Support Worker, as well as in hospitality, telesales, and marketing. Whilst I’m relatively new to recruitment and more specifically commercial recruitment – I am definitely raring to go! I have always had a natural, unavoidable impulse to help others, so supporting candidates and clients alike to the absolute best of my ability will come as a given.
