The Software Developer Graduate will

The Software Developer Graduate will need to be:

  • A recent Graduate with a related degree – Computer Science Graduate, IT Graduate, Software Developer Graduate, Web Developer Graduate or similar
  • An organised, approachable and prioritised mindset

Ideally

  • You would have experience within 1st or 2nd line support
  • Have a knowledge of or experience with JAVA, JAVASCRIPT, C++, C#, VB, .NET, ASP, Python, HTML, CSS, PHP, XML, SQL

Mon-Friday 9-5.30pm

Salary £18,000 – £23,000 DOE

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to become part of a small on-site team, providing technical support for a large organisation in Stafford.

You will be part of a small team of on-site engineers, providing dedicated 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support and operational services for cisco-based LAN and wireless network. You will be required to work on site Monday-Friday, with on call provisions split between the team.

As an on-site engineer, you will have support from the Service Desk and your daily duties will include (but are not limited to) responsibility of the operational activities across LAN and Wireless technologies. You will also be required to provide occasional 1st line support with other technologies such as ASA firewalls and VOIP telephone systems.

You will ideally already be working in similar Senior Network Engineer position with a full UK driving licence, have great communication skills and be vigilant with documentation. You must also have experience in performing the below duties:

  • Extensive Cisco CCNA Routing & Switching experience
  • Cisco wireless administration and support experience
  • Network and service monitoring and reporting
  • Ensuring documentation is up to date and relevant
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Good level of documentation and communication skills
  • Cisco CCNA Wireless / Security
  • Experience with Cisco ASA firewalls

My client is seeking an experienced Senior I.T. Contractor to oversee the deployment for Microsoft 365 across a large, multi-site organisation based in the Stoke-on-Trent area.

This contractor role requires an immediate start and will be ongoing for 6 – 12 months. You will be required to work on site Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm.

As the Senior Office 365 Deployment Engineer, you will be expected to take full control of the project, overseeing and implementing the deployment of over 12,000 seats. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Office 365 and monitoring service health
  • Evaluate Office 365 capabilities and make recommendations for new features
  • Creation and administration of deployment strategy across all organisational levels
  • Maintain a highly secure 0365 system through proper configuration
  • Troubleshoot 0365 issues including ongoing analysis of security features

The ideal candidate will have:

  • In depth knowledge of 0ffice 365
  • Technical experience in all Microsoft technologies including Windows 10
  • Demonstrable experience of leading large scale 0365 deployments
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure

You will receive a daily rate of £420 per day as Senior O365 Deployment Engineer alongside weekly payroll and ongoing agency support from a dedicated consultant.
