My client is a nationwide Insurance Broker with Head Offices in Staffordshire, offering opportunities to join their Customer Service and Sales teams due to an exciting period of growth. Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working set rota’s rolling on a two-week basis. The first week will be 9am-5.30pm including a Saturday 9am – 2pm. On week 2, you will work 10.30am-7pm and receive time off in lieu for the previous Saturday worked. You will receive a full induction and ongoing training on the full range of products and services available to ensure you are confident in dealing with a wide range of queries. You will enjoy speaking with people and offer excellent customer service, with a view to resolving all queries in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

You don’t need experience but if you have worked within insurance or in a customer service role previously then this would be an advantage. However, the right personality is essential! You must be confident and motivated, with excellent communication skills – this is a job where listening and understanding are just as important as talking!

Rewards

You will receive a basic salary of £16,500 – £17,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with additional bonus based on team and performance. You will also receive:

My client is a successful Insurance Broker, with Head offices based in Staffordshire. Due to growth, they are looking for a Collections Agent to join their friendly team in the credit control team.

Role:

As a Collections Agent, you will be an integral part of the credit control team in recovering outstanding monies owed to the company. Your working hours will be Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm.

Requirements:

A background in Sales and experience in Debt Recovery would be ideal for this role. Whist not a credit control position, you will be working directly within the Credit Control Team and your duties will include: –

  • Contacting current and past customers to recover outstanding debts
  • Dealing with incoming payment requests
  • Setting up payment plans
  • Obtaining information on figures from third parties
  • Monitoring Direct Debit payments/balances
  • Issuing Court Proceedings
  • Dispute resolution
