Children’s Residential Support Worker

SaferHandCare are looking for motivated individuals to provide 121 care to children. Role You will provide advice, assistance and support to young people, safeguarding their welfare at all times. Ensuring that the practical, physical and emotional needs are met at all times. You would work within a team to achieve the aims and objectives of the home. Attending young people’s meeting and contributing accordingly Shift Patterns Our client offers the following shift patterns: Term time (week days) – split shifts (morning school run and afternoon school run) Non Term time and weekends – Long days You will be expected to complete Sleep in’s as part of the shift patterns. Requirements
