My client is a nationwide Insurance Broker with Head Offices in Staffordshire, offering opportunities to join their Customer Service and Sales teams due to an exciting period of growth. You will be fully supported with ongoing coaching and development, allowing you to reach your full potential in a friendly, enthusiastic team.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working set rota’s rolling on a two-week basis. The first week will be 9am-5.30pm including a Saturday 9am – 2pm. On week 2, you will work 10.30am-7pm and receive time off in lieu for the previous Saturday worked. You will receive a full induction and ongoing training on the full range of products and services available to ensure you are confident in dealing with a wide range of queries. You will enjoy speaking with people and offer excellent customer service, with a view to resolving all queries in a professional and timely manner.
You don’t need experience but if you have worked within insurance or in a customer service role previously then this would be an advantage. However, the right personality is essential! You must be confident and motivated, with excellent communication skills – this is a job where listening and understanding are just as important as talking!
You will receive a basic salary of £16,500 – £17,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with additional bonus based on team and performance. You will also receive:
