Ensuring that the practical, physical and emotional needs are met at all times. You would work within a team to achieve the aims and objectives of the home. Attending young people’s meeting and contributing accordingly Shift Patterns Our client offers the following shift patterns: Term time (week days) – split shifts (morning school run and afternoon school run) Non Term time and weekends – Long days You will be expected to complete Sleep in’s as part of the shift patterns.
