New Business Sales Executive

My client is an established specialist service provider based in the heart of Staffordshire and are looking for a New Business Sales Executive to join their team.

The role of the New Business Sales Executive will be to bring in new clientele and maximise current business opportunities.

Duties to include:

  • To increase the New Business sales by improving the numbers of new leads and customers by undertaking telemarketing campaigns
  • To manage, maintain and collate information for customer callbacks
  • To provide all customers with courteous, professional advice
  • Undertake telemarketing and help to build up a solid pipeline
  • To achieve and exceed monthly sales and commission targets
  • To assist in the continued development of the New Business team, through an enthusiastic and proactive approach to working relationships with both Client representatives and Company colleagues

You will have:

  • Proven previous sales experience (ideally in a telesales environment)
  • Be highly self-motivated and able to work from own initiative
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workloads through effective time management
  • Flexible and reliable
  • Be able to undertake additional training and development to maximise your knowledge and understanding of the niche industry
