Due to an exciting new contract win, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Business Manager to join a national, market-leader within Healthcare Recruitment services.

As a Recruitment Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering revenue in line with the commercial objectives of the business to achieve regional and national growth. You will be joining a like-minded team of dedicated professionals, working collaboratively with Commercial Director. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing large scale recruitment campaigns targeting a variety of Health and Social Care professionals
  • Driving commercial growth by developing relationships with clients, colleagues and relevant 3rd parties
  • Brief internal delivery teams and provide effective on-boarding of new business
  • Reporting and analysing MI
  • Regularly reviewing client needs, ensuring that all service level agreements and KPIs are met
  • Maintain the highest level of compliance standards

You will ideally be working in a similar role currently, however, must have a demonstrable Recruitment, Operational and Business Development background within the Health and Social Care sector at a Senior Management level to be considered for this role. You must also be a car driver, able to travel nationally as needed.

You must be:

  • Experience in both public and private sector Health and Social Care recruitment
  • Sound working knowledge of national frameworks
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional sales skills with a proven track record in consistently exceeding targets
  • Highly analytical with the capacity to digest and relay complex data at all levels
  • Able to communicate effectively and quickly develop rapport in order to build effective working relationships
