Meet The Team
Sue Deaville - Director
My story started over 10 years ago as a trainee recruitment consultant, i then went onto progress to a senior consultant, i was then given the opportunity to open a new start up branch which i grasped with both hands. Having managed 2 successful branches i decided to take the next step of my journey and along with Sam SaferHandCare was born.
We strive to create a welcoming and friendly environment where everyone is welcome and look to provide the best service possible to all.
Sam Baddeley - Director
I began my road to recruitment as a sales advisor where i naturally progressed from an outbound sale advisor to a field sales executive, due to unforeseen circumstances within my family i changed career and began my journey within the care sector as a support worker. This then lead me into my first recruitment role combining both my sales and care experience together. I then found my calling and established myself which led me to having my first branch manager role. Since then a lot has changed and along with Sue we decided to open our first branch SaferHandCare.
