Community

There is nothing more important to us here at Saferhand that engaging with and supporting the local community. Whether that be fundraising, giving back time, working with local companies and striving to win the awards!

We are a local business for the local people.

Fundraising

Here at SaferHands, we just love to give back! Over the years, we’ve hosted a variety of events to support both local and national charities including climbing Mount Snowdon and raising over £4000 split between CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) and Royal Stoke Neonatal Unit and holding a super raffle to raise over £1500 for the Treasure Chest programme at Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

This year, we’ve donated gifts to fundraising events held by our clients including robotic hoovers, amazon vouchers and…

We’ve worn it Yellow for young people’s wellbeing, Pink for Breast Cancer awareness and Green for Mental Health!

Our quarterly clothes swaps help us to combat the effects of fast fashion and increase sustainability with regular donation bags going to local charity shops.

Careers advice & Education

Engaging with the young people in our areas is paramount with shaping the future of our economy. Helping with careers advice, employment support and guidance is just something we love to do.

Our consultants regularly attend high school career fairs, mock interviews, support the local colleges & universities and champion the young people and future business owners in our area.

Help for Heroes – Our Gary!

Gary is not only our fabulous trainer based at Saferhand HQ but also an ambassador for Help for heroes! A once serving member of the military Gary now (alongside being a Rockstar trainer) dedicates his time for the charity! Whether its talking at events, being on TV or selling poppies in the local supermarkets – no one gives there time to the community like he does?

Each branch has close connections with our local communities, and we are always looking for suggestions of how we can get involved!
