What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated residential care team
• Creating a positive, child-centred and trauma-informed culture
• Driving high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance
• Ensuring outstanding outcomes for children and young people
• Building strong relationships with families, local authorities, and external professionals
• Leading Ofsted inspections and quality improvement initiatives
• Managing the home’s performance, staffing, and development

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience within Children’s Residential Care
• Previous management experience within a regulated setting
• Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
• Thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
• Therapeutic, child-focused approach
• Full UK Driving Licence

Previous Registered Manager experience History of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes Experience in audits, quality assurance, and service improvement
